The rates do remain more or less constant from lender to lender; however the final rate depends upon the moneylender or the bank. The variations in the mortgage rates are likely to affect an individual only in the event the person actually avails a mortgage loan. The possibility of getting a loan depends upon several factors like your credit scores, what kind of down payment the person can afford, what’s the current salary package of the applicant, and the actual cost of the asset covered by the mortgage. It’s going to be difficult in availing mortgage refinance facilities if the credit ratings are not good enough. In such cases, it’s advisable to go in for a bad credit mortgage refinance loan.
